Alexander’s will host its September Wine Dinner on Thursday, September 16, 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and featuring six Daou Vineyard wines perfectly paired with six courses. Tickets are $75 and may be purchased online here or at Guest Services.

DAOU Mountain rises 2,200 feet in elevation in the western hills of Paso Robles, California. Made of a very rare calcareous clay, the mountain is cooled by the Pacific Ocean just 14 miles away. The perfect pairing of soil, warm temperate days and cool nights creates optimal growing conditions for grapes.

“We have, arguably, the most perfect climate in the world to ripen Bordeaux varieties and Cabernet Sauvignon.” Daniel Daou, who co-owns the vineyard and winery with his brother, Georges.
