Defiantly Different is The Prisoner Wine Company’s slogan, and we think you’ll see and taste that distinction at our April Wine Dinner April 12, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75, and may be purchased at Guest Services, online under Special Events, or by clicking here.

“We are minimalists and believe it’s up to the grapes to do their thing,” says the company’s winemaker Chrissy Wittman, who earned a B.S. in ecology and systematic biology at Cal Polytech before falling in love with wine and winemaking while testing soil samples.

Likewise, Chef Rennie Mosely has prepared an Italian menu that allows the flavors of fresh and whole foods to speak for themselves. From a first course caprese salad in a shot glass to pan-seared scallops and aubergine manicotti, the meal is designed to surprise, inspire, and complement The Prisoner Wine Company’s offerings with tongue-in-cheek names like Snitch Chardonnay and Blindfold White Blend.
