From a first course caprese salad in a shot glass to pan-seared scallops and aubergine manicotti, the meal is designed to surprise, inspire, and complement The Prisoner Wine Company’s offerings with tongue-in-cheek names like Snitch Chardonnay and Blindfold White Blend.
