October Wine Dinner Menu

FIRST COURSE

Pan-Seared U10 Scallop on a Roasted Corn & Pancetta Relish, drizzled with a Garlic Cream Sauce. Paired with Rombauer Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

SECOND COURSE

Cherry Wood-Smoked Chilean Sea Bass, topped with Micro Greens Salad on a bed of Curry Cream Brussel Sprouts. Paired with Rombauer Vineyards Chardonnay

THIRD COURSE

Apple & Pork-Stuffed Portobello Mushroom, topped with Fresh-shaved Parmesan over a nest of Pesto Pasta. Paired with Rombauer Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

FOURTH COURSE

Espresso-crusted 4 oz. Filet Mignon topped with a Red Wine Compound Butter & served with Roasted Rosemary Fingerling Potatoes. Paired with Rombauer Vineyards Zinfandel

FIFTH COURSE
