Due to restrictions against hosting in-house wine dinners during the pandemic, Alexander’s is happy to announce a Friday Fine Wine Dinner to go on September 4, 2020.
Friday Fine Dining Option 1 includes Pan-fried Lobster Cakes set on Roasted Red Potatoes topped with a Sriracha Aioli. Suggested wine pairing is a Pellegrini Chardonnay. Option 2 includes Andouille-cornbread-stuffed Quail set on Wild Rice with a Bourbon Honey Glaze. Suggested wine pairing for the quail is Beaujolais. Dessert for either dinner is Mississippi Mud Parfait. Suggested wine pairing for dessert is Erath Pinot Noir. No substitutions please.
The cost of either dinner is $29.99. Orders may be placed online or by calling 225-615-7800 and must be received no later than 2 p.m. on Friday. Pickup will be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, 2020.
