Lunchtime can be challenging for those on the go, but eating healthy with a busy schedule – or packing your child’s midday meal – doesn’t have to be boring or burdensome. Join us and dietitians from Pennington Biomedical Research Center for a Wellness Wednesday class Sept. 14, 2016, at 11 a.m. in our cafe to learn how to pack a flavorful and nutritious punch for lunch.
The free class will include discussions of “Tackling a healthy lunchbox” and “Eat this, Not that – healthy replacements for common lunch items” along with a cooking demo of pizza pinwheels. Participants who register will also receive free recipe ideas from the Pennington Biomedical Research Center Test Kitchen.
Sign up online or call 225-615-7800 to reserve a spot today.
