Join Cathy Carmichael and colleagues, registered dietitians with Pennington Biomedical Research Center, for a free nutrition class Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in our cafe as they discuss how foods impact our immune system, energy and metabolism and share healthy replacements for common inflammation-inducing foods. They’ll demonstrate preparation of chermoula dip as well as sample the healthy sauce/marinade made from the freshest ingredients.
