Thanksgiving cooking class set

friedturkeySample Alexander’s Cajun Fried Turkey and watch The Sharp Cook Dana Delatte prepare a tasty appetizer, sides and dessert in this pre-Turkey Day cooking class Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 9:30 a.m. in our cafe. Delatte, a local chef, will teach participants how to cook Stuffed Artichoke Poppers, Spinach-Bacon Salad with a Sweet Red Wine Vinaigrette, So Good Rustic Potatoes, and Praline Cake.

Registration is $38 and includes lunch with the aforementioned appetizer, sides and dessert along with Alexander’s signature Thanksgiving centerpiece – Cajun Fried Turkey. Space is limited, so sign up by calling Dana at 225-247-2632 or visiting
