Join us for our next wine dinner on Thursday, September 26, 2017, at 6 p.m., as we transform our cafe into a fine dining venue and celebrate fall with a six-course meal and Frank Family Vineyards of Napa Valley. Tickets are $75 each and may be purchased online or at Guest Services.

The surf and turf menu begins with an artisan cheese plate followed by Grilled Mahi Mahi topped with a pineapple mango relish and features a Blackened Gulf Shrimp Salad paired with a cabernet sauvignon, but also includes a Butternut Squash Ravioli and a Pineapple Sorbet before the main entree, Beef Wellington and Frank Family Petit Syrah. Dessert is a Chocolate Tiramisu with vodka-soaked berries and Frank Family Vineyards Zinfindel.

Each of the six courses will be perfectly paired with a different variety of Frank Family’s splurge-worthy wines.
