Spooky Delights: October 6th Cooking Demo

1412956281069-pd21b83kvt6xyldi-9696c9c8de0cf4bfd6207a8e990b9405Join award-winning Chef Matt Reed and Alexander’s wine steward Jesse Casciaro for “Spooky Delights,” a cooking demonstration with dinner and wine pairing hosted by Acadian Kitchen and Bath at 6971 Exchequer Drive on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 5:30 p.m.

The cost is $35 per person, and tickets can be purchased here. The menu includes Fresh Squeezed Witches Brew, a spooky concoction devised by Chef Matt and The Big Squeezy cold-pressed juicery; Spider Web Soup, a butternut squash soup drizzed in a “web” of balsamic glaze and served with pesto toast and crispy onions; Chicken Diavolo, paneed chicken cutlets topped with roasted garlic diavolo sauce with fresh orange and black fettucine; and Inside Out Caramel Apples for dessert served with homemade butter pecan ice cream.
