65 calories. Real ginger - Organic agave. Imagine if you could make a ginger ale exactly the way you like it. Not too sweet, but clean and crisp with a gingery bite and real depth. Well we've done just that. We began with real ginger root - bright, earthy, and complex. Then for a gentle roundness we lightly sweetened Q Ginger with organic agave, not loads of high fructose corn syrup. And to make it truly special, we added a touch of coriander, cardamom, rose oil, and orange peel. We've come up with a superior ginger ale. One that tastes sharp and delicious like ginger ale should and is better for you, with fewer calories and all natural ingredients. Enjoy. Jordan Silbert, Founder. More ginger. Less sweet. Nothing fake. It should be the aim of every bottler to bring its brand of ginger ale to the highest possible perfection, since a bottler's products are judged for better or worst by the merit or lack of merit possessed by its ginger ale. - WB Keller, National Bottlers Gazette. 1893.

    Description

Ale brewed with ginger. See bottom panel for flavor profile. This is beer flavored with spices. We like to think of it as refreshing. Ale brewed with ginger. We know you'll enjoy it, we do. My great-great-grandfather from the 1600s was the captain of a ship in England. He was also a bit of a gambler. As legend has it, he won a brewery during a high-stakes card game, which led him to start crafting his own beers. He began brewing beer on the ships he sailed. This allowed him to travel further than other vessels because beer stayed fresh during long journeys. The story goes the his beer was even consumed on a fleet of ships he commanded that transported some of the earliest settlers to America. Growing up, I was told that may great-great-grandfather was a ship captain, but I never heard the complete story until I expressed an interest in making my own beer. When I told my mom that I planned to open a brewery, she finally revealed my family's beer making history and why brewing was in my blood. Using some of my great-great-grandfather's recipes as a inspiration, I founded Small Town Brewery. At Small Town, our goal is to honor my family's beer making tradition by brewing specialty beers with unique and flavorful ingredients. - Tim Kovac, Founder & Brewmaster. 5.9% alcohol by volume.
